How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. We offer a range of options from Standard Overnight to Ground (which typically takes 2–5 business days).
✓ Orders over $99 shipped within the contiguous US qualify for free ground shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. If you need your part immediately, we offer Standard Overnight and 2nd Day delivery options at checkout. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST ship same day (subject to carrier schedules).
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, our system automatically emails you the invoice with your tracking number listed directly on it so you can monitor transit progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you are ordering internationally, please contact us directly for shipping rates, as we may be able to provide custom rates that are lower than what is listed in the shopping cart.
Please note: International customers remain responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado addresses. Orders delivered outside of Colorado are not charged sales tax by VAIS Technology.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In most cases, parts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition. Please refer to our full Return Policy page for specific details and instructions.
What happens if I order the wrong part?
It happens! If you ordered the incorrect item, our standard 30-day return policy applies. You can return the item and exchange it for the correct one.
What if you sent me the wrong part?
If the mistake is on our end, we will make it right immediately. Please call us at 720-733-2348 ASAP. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item (at no cost to you) and ship out the correct part right away.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your part arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. Important: Keep the damaged box and all packaging materials. We need these to file a claim with the carrier so we can get you a reimbursement or replacement.
Will installing your equipment void my vehicle’s warranty?
No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act is a federal law that protects your right to install aftermarket accessories. Dealerships and vehicle manufacturers cannot legally void your factory warranty or deny coverage simply because aftermarket equipment was installed, unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All VAIS Technology products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Review our full Warranty Policy for detailed terms and claim instructions.
Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely. We utilize industry-standard SSL security technology to ensure your data is private. Furthermore, VAIS Technology does not store your credit card information on our servers after the transaction is complete.
