Can I get $60 Service Card from SiriusXM?

📦 Shipping & Orders

How long will it take for my order to arrive? It depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. We offer a range of options from Standard Overnight to Ground (which typically takes 2–5 business days).

  • Note: Orders over $99 shipped within the contiguous US qualify for free ground shipping.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

Can I track my package? Yes. As soon as your order ships, our system will email you a notification containing your Tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes. If you need your part immediately, we offer Standard Overnight and 2nd Day delivery options at checkout. Subject to seasonal delays by carrier. Orders placed before 2 pm MST. 

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax? Yes, we are required to collect sales tax based on the billing address associated with your order.


↩️ Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In most cases, parts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition. Please refer to our full Return Policy page for specific details.

What happens if I order the wrong part? It happens! If you ordered the incorrect item, our standard 30-day return policy applies. You can return the item and exchange it for the correct one.

What if you sent me the wrong part? If the mistake is on our end, we will make it right immediately. Please call us at 720-733-2348 ASAP. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item (at no cost to you) and ship out the correct part right away.

What do I do if my package arrives damaged? If your part arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. Important: Keep the damaged box and all packaging materials. We need these to file a claim with the Carrier so we can get you a reimbursement or replacement.

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. All VAIS Technology products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

Will installing your equipment void my vehicle’s warranty? No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to install aftermarket parts. Our equipment is designed to retain all factory-installed equipment and does not void your vehicle’s factory warranty.

Is my credit card information secure? Absolutely. We utilize industry-standard SSL security technology to ensure your data is private. Furthermore, VAIS Technology does not store your credit card information on our servers after the transaction is complete.
