Do you ship to an address different from my billing address? For security purposes, we only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card or payment method. This measure helps protect our customers from fraud.
What if I need to ship to a different location? If you require shipping to an address other than your billing address (such as a workplace or a professional installer), please contact us directly at 720-733-2348 prior to or immediately after placing your order. We will verify your details to accommodate the request.
Processing & Delivery Times
How long does it take to process my order? We aim to process and ship orders as fast as possible. In most cases, orders placed before our daily cutoff time are processed and shipped the same business day.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. As soon as your order leaves our facility, our system will email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Destinations
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories? Yes. We normally ship to these locations, though shipping rates may be higher than standard domestic ground rates.
Do you ship to PO Boxes? No, we require a physical street address for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Rates & Payment
How is shipping calculated? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, your destination, and the shipping method you select.

When will my credit card be charged? Your payment method is typically charged at the time the order is placed to secure your inventory and queue the order for immediate processing.
Issues & Adjustments
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Because of our security policies and quick processing times, changing an address is difficult once an order is placed. Please call us immediately at 720-733-2348 if you need to make a change.

If the order has already shipped: You will need to contact us to see if an address correction is possible with the carrier (fees may apply).
What if my package is damaged in transit? If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.

Important: Keep the original box and all packaging materials. We need these to file a claim with the shipping provider. We will work with you to send a replacement as soon as the claim process is initiated.
What should I do if I miss the delivery? Please do not refuse a shipment if you change your mind or missed the driver. Refusing a package can complicate the return process. Please accept the package and contact us to arrange a standard return.
