1. How to Start a Return

  • Step 1: Get Your RA#. Before shipping anything, please contact us at 720-733-2348 or using the Contact Us form to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Note: Returns without an RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will not be accepted.
  • Step 2: Pack Your Item. Include your original receipt and write your RA# on the package.
  • Step 3: Ship It. We strongly suggest using a trackable service like UPS or FedEx and insuring your package.

2. Eligibility & Timing

  • 30-Day Window: Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused. We cannot accept used parts unless there is a valid warranty issue.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-ordered parts
    • Open Box SXV300 Tuners
    • Parts not purchased directly from VAIS Technology

3. Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Returns are usually processed within one week. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your bank to post the credit.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received the wrong part due to our error.
  • Free Shipping Deduction: If you selected the Free Shipping option at checkout, the actual shipping charge incurred by VAIS Technology will be subtracted from your return total.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to your order.

4. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

  • Important: Keep all damaged parts and original packaging. We need these to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the packaging is discarded, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

“VAIS Technology is not responsible for any labor costs, towing, rental car charges, or other incidental expenses incurred as a result of a defective product or incorrect installation. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the VAIS Technology product itself.”
“We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle, its electrical system, or other components resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of the product. We highly recommend professional installation for all our products.”
“You are responsible for the condition of the product until it arrives at our facility. VAIS Technology is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.”
